Fix Far Far West Could Not Connect to Evil Raptor Network

You are trying to jump into a lobby but keep getting hit with the 'Could not connect to Evil Raptor network' error. It is frustrating when you just want to play, but this usually happens because of a handshake failure between your local connection and the game servers.

The error is typically caused by public matchmaking instabilities, local network routing issues with your ISP, or corrupted game files left behind after a recent update.
